1) ಆಯಾ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಯಾ ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ
2) ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ವಿವರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಓದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
